 Ian has traveled the world immersing himself in the world of food and wine, working in the front and back of the house at several Michelin-starred and James Beard awarded restaurants.

From an early age, Ian fell in love with the idea of serving, creating, and making people happy around a meal. That ethos of finding joy in food and wine drives everything we do. 

Ian’s wine and culinary journey includes studying within the Master of Wine program in London, judging wine competitions from Hong Kong to Paris, as well as teaching wine workshops at Cambridge University and Cal Poly SLO. Each has shaped Ian’s passion for providing our customers with memorable experiences.
